M/S Maurice Engineering Works formerly known as Modern Engineering Works is a very renowned and rapidly growing engineering and manufacturing organization with a good track record in executing large projects for over 36 years at various locations in India and abroad.
With over 1200 technicians and over 50 highly experienced mechanical Supervisor Staff & Engineers, we are growing rapidly with our capabilities extending to many areas in mechanical engineering and offering services to large, medium and small scale pojects to the plants in the Cement, Power, Fertilizer Industries.
Following is the list that defines the spectrum in which the large scale engineering projects have been executed by us:
1) Erection & commissioning and overhauling (maintenance) of various machinery like Gear boxes of (FLENDER, Siemen 's, F.L.S ), Vertical mills, Ball mills, pre grinding systems (press rollers), Kiln, Girth gears, Process fan, Crusher, DG sets & its accessories, vacuum cleaning systems, Fly ash handling systems, Conveying and Elevator systems, Compressors, Blowers, pumps, Heating furnaces, Boiler tubes, D.M plants classifiers, Cooling towers erection etc. in the field of Cement industries Power plants, Kiln, Shell’s, Tyre, Segments, Alignments, Rollers, Girth Gears & Pinion Replacement/Repairs, Chemical, Fertilizer & Synthetic industries plants.
2) Fabrication , erection (laying) and commissioning of all types of pipe line like Argon, Arch, L.P, H.P, Fire Hydrant, oil, water , gasses, coal, steam (dyphil , marlotherm etc), Condensate, Acid, Hydraulic, Air, Chips, S.S, M.S, C.S, C.I, G.I, P.V.C, Lead, Aluminum, Copper etc kinds of pipe lines in Various Tire chord, Nylon ,Polyester, Woolen, Acrylic, Zimmer, Sulphuric Acid plant, Carbide, Fertilizers, Sponge iron plants, Cement industries and Power plants.
3) Fabrication and erection of all types of plate works & structures in Various Tire chord, Nylon ,Polyester, Woolen, Acrylic, Zimmer, Sulphuric acid plant, Carbide, Fertilizers, Sponge iron plants, Cement industries and Power plant( cyclones, ducts, chute, air slides, Pressure vessels, typical fan casing , E.S.P ,Bag filters, bunkers , silos , bins etc.) nearly all kinds of load bearing and supporting structures.
4) AMC & OMC Annual maintenance, Operation & Maintenance of complete Cement plant and plant's utilities like water treatment plant, compressors & blowers, plant cleaning equipment & piping distribution system.
